Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Risk of loss and title for Products purchased from our Website pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.

• Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in their original condition and packaging
• Custom-ordered or installed products are non-refundable unless defective
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

4. Custom Services

4.1 Service Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates for custom dock building and construction services are:

• Valid for 30 days from issuance, unless different terms are represented in your quote
• Subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, and other factors
• Non-binding until a formal contract is signed by both parties

4.2 Contracts and Agreements

All custom Services require a signed contract before work will commence. The contract will outline specific terms including scope of work, timeline, payment schedule, and other project-specific details. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed contract, the contract terms will prevail.

4.3 Deposits and Payment

For custom Services:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule work
• Payment schedules will be outlined in the contract based on project milestones
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project prior to final inspection
• We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and check

4.4 Permits and Approvals

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the contract:

• We will obtain necessary building permits for projects
• The client is responsible for obtaining homeowner's association approvals, variance requests, and other property-specific approvals
• Delays due to permit or approval issues may affect project timelines and costs

4.5 Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be:

• Submitted in writing
• Approved by both parties
• Documented in a formal change order that includes any adjustments to timeline and cost

4.6 Warranties

Any and all Warranties will be outlined in our quote. No other Warranties are expressed or implied. These Warranties may cover:

• Structural elements
• Workmanship
• Electrical
• Concrete
• Manufacturer warranties on materials and products (as applicable)

Warranties do not cover damage due to improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Partial or Complete submersion of a dock due to flood or other factors may void all Warranties

4.7 Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a contracted Service:

• Cancellation must be submitted in writing
• Deposits are non-refundable
• You will be responsible for costs incurred up to the date of cancellation, including materials ordered, permits, and work completed

5. Intellectual Property

The Website and its original Content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gaff Cutter Builders LLC and its licensors. The Website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. User Contributions
